Latar Belakang Pelatihan Ahli K3 Umum

Sertifikasi kompetensi adalah proses pemberian sertifikasi kompetensi yang dilakukan secara sistematis dan obyektif melalui uji kompetensi yang mengacu pada standar kompetensi kerja baik yang bersifat nasional maupun internasional. Dengan memiliki sertifikasi kompetensi ahli K3maka seseorang akan mendapatkan bukti pengakuan tertulis atas kompetensi yang dikuasainya. Sertifikasi kompetensi keahlian K3 mengacu pada SKKNI K3 Nomor KEP.42/MEN/III/2008 dan SKKNI No. KEP.248/MEN/V/2007, dimana menurut menurut SKKNI KEP.42/MEN/III/2008, bidang K3 yang bersifat generalis di kualifikasikan sbb:
  • Ahli Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Muda
  • Ahli Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Madya
  • Ahli Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Utama
Sertifikat Kompetensi K3 tersebut dikeluarkan oleh BNSP (Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi), badan independen yang bertanggung jawab kepada Presiden yang memiliki kewenangan sebagai otoritas sertifikasi personil dan bertugas melaksanakan sertifikasi kompetensi profesi bagi tenaga kerja, termasuk tenaga kerja di bidang K3. BNSP memberikan lisensi kepada LSK K3 ICCOSH untuk menyelenggarakan Uji Kompetensi K3 yang mengacu pada SKKNI tersebut diatas.

Tujuan Pelatihan Ahli K3 Umum

Memahami, bahwa terjadinya kecelakaan akan menimbulkan “accident costs” semacam fenomena gunung es maka perlu kiranya Perusahaan berupaya mengimplementasikan Sistem Manajemen K3 untuk mencapai“ Zero Accident” Implementasi SMK3 memerlukan SDM yang mempunyai pemahaman dan ahli dalam mengidentifikasi bahaya dan menilai risiko (HIRA = Hazard Identification Risk Assessment) Peserta Training ini perlu diikuti para praktisi K3, Supervisor, Anggota P2K3 dll. Dengan persyaratan Minimal Sarjana Muda / D3 atau sederajat dari semua bidang usaha antara lain manufaktur, konstruksi, jasa perhotelan, transportasi dan rumah sakit dan supermarket/hypermarket/ retailer dsb.

You see? It's curious. Ted did figure it out - time travel. And when we get back, we gonna tell everyone. How it's possible, how it's done, what the dangers are. But then why fifty years in the future when the spacecraft encounters a black hole does the computer call it an 'unknown entry event'? Why don't they know? If they don't know, that means we never told anyone. And if we never told anyone it means we never made it back. Hence we die down here. Just as a matter of deductive logic.
